• 1. Incoming material

CST selects the incoming material according to strict standard. We would require sample to check if the material meet our standard. The suppliers of incoming material must offer company and quality certificate.

 

  • 2.  Incoming Materials Inspection

Incoming materials inspection includes appearance, size, function etc. The dedicated quality personnel inspect the incoming materiel with specialized equipment to ensure all of them go well.

 

  • 3. Parts Processing 

The first step of of process is parts processing. Parts are crucial important for an aviation light. CST process parts like LED and circuit board with strict and unified standard. All parts of an aviation light are tested after finishing production.

 

  • 4. Overall Assembly

Circuit Board, housing and base are assembled together with high quality accessory by professional staff. Overall assembly comply with standards of unified process guideline.

 

5. Testing

CST aviation light must go through several testing after production finishing including electrical test, aging test, appearance test etc. And all lighting will be operation tested over 48 hours before shipment.

 

5.1 Electrical Test
All CST aviation lights are electrical tested before shipped out for the safety and stability. Electrical Test includes electric shock protection test, voltage test, leakage current test, etc. Surge protection device inside light makes sure of major maintenance cost saving.

5.2 Aging Test
All CST aviation lights are aging tested for 48 hours before shipping out. Aging test is necessary to make sure the quality and avoid accidental damage.

5.3 Appearance Test
All CST aviation lights are tested by waterproof, strong corrosion resistance, shock vibrations test device. These functions makes CST obstruction lights a along service light over 10 years.

  • 5. Packing
